Deactivation

Can you tell me how to deactivate accounts from one computer to use on a new one please. I have norton 360 registered to 3 computers and wish to buy a new one to replace one. How do you move your norton account from one to a new one  thanksMessage Edited by Snowman1953 on 09-22-2008 04:23 AM

Hello Snowman1953,

There is no way to manage this on your own, but if you contact support, they will be able to adjust your account settings accordingly. The easiest way to contact support is through the One Click Support, available via Help and Support / Support (just click on Begin Support Session - once AutoFix runs, the contact option is available in the footer).
