Today, I notied something very wrong with my Norton. I attempted to click,"FIX NOW" several times but it always says,"Fix not complete" It's my Auto-Protection and I don't know what's wrong with it.
What is your operating system and service pack level? What version of Norton have you got? Later version numbers are under Help & Support>About. Have you got Norton Internet Security, Norton Antivirus, or N360? Or other?
Do you have any other security product on the machine?
We are getting there. Look at Norton under Help & Support>About for the version number. It should be 16.x.x.xx or 17.x.x.xx. That can make a difference to the operation. When you say Home Premium, I am assuming Win 7, is that correct?
Do you have any other security or scanning software running on the machine?
