My Norton Account

So when i try and log into my norton account at http://www.mynortonaccount.com, i enter in my email address then my password and then i click sign in.  After i do this i get taken to a page that has only one button on it, "Continue."  I click this button and it takes me back to the log in page.  I can repeat this as many times as i want to with no change.  I know for certain (100%) what my email address and my password are.  I have even reset my password several times, each time getting the temp password from my email account and then creating a permanent password.  When i do this i get a confirmation email that states my password has been changed. 

But when i go and log in the whole process repeats.

I have tried this from all three of my computers with the same result.  I have also tried this from work and from a friends house.

I talk to customer support and they change my password and tell me to try again....then they tell me i have to wait 24hrs....that's the i have to idea and i need to get rid of this guy.  No one i talk to can fix this issue.

Just wondering if anyone else had this issue.  Am I the only one??

Do you have any products already registered in this Norton Account?

This problem may happen if there are no products registered, that is your Products & Services will show nothing. If you want any information from your Norton Account such as Product key for a particular Norton product, the Customer Services can provide you the same without any delay. Also, you can get your Norton Account transfered to any other email address of your's by contacting Customer Services itself. A Norton Account stores your product key on a Symantec server. If you reinstall your program and have lost your product key, you can use your Norton Account get your product key.

I think what Yogesh says makes sense. As long as you don't have any products registered to your Norton Account, you cannot see anything in it. All you need to do is register your Norton product and then try it again. I believe, thats only when you will have your product key information stored in the account.

 

Let me know if you need information on how to register your product to the account.

Hi jmill77,

You may want to try live chat. They changed everything right on chat. You will need your Home address, and Order Number of the product registered. If your E-mail has changed on your account to a unknown e-mail (that's what happen to me) let us know on this forum so you can take further steps on this mishap.

Note: Don't post the name of the E-mail on forum.
