paid subscription but no download; how do I contact Norton for help?
I recently paid to update my Norton subscription. I received an email asking me to update my credit card information, which I did, and my account was charged on March 1st for $62.99. I then got an email saying I received my new subscription, but it was not activated. I have tried everything I can think of to find the telephone number, address, and/or email address for Norton or Symantac. If it is on their website, it is well hidden! Does anyone know how to contact a human to ask for help? I'm now working without any anti-virus! HELP!
