uiStub.exe will not run

The NAV 2009 tray icon is missing!

When I click on the NAV icon on the desktop nothing happens.

It's properties point to uistub.exe, when i try to execute it, nothing
happens.

I ran malwarebytes / no errors.

I ran NAVW32.EXE (I think that was it's name), scan found two tracking cookies.

Live update will not run when i click it.

The idle time scan did seem to run though.

I don't think I have any infections and the version is current, I just can't tun NAV like it should.

Welcome to Norton Community!

You may need to try uninstall and reinstall your Norton program. You can better go for the latest NAV 2010(17.0) product rather than reinstalling for NAV 2009(16.7). Run the removal tool, you can download it from this LINK. Restart the computer and run it 2-3 times, restart the computer each time after you run it. You can install the NAV 2010(17.0)- latest version in your computer and activate it using the Product Key of NAV 2009 from your Norton Account. You can download NAV 2010 from this LINK. Let us know the results.
