Error message: 3035,6

I'm getting Error:3035,6. As I am not exactly computer savvy I am lost. Can anyone help in easy layman terms please?

Hello chrisk3003 and welcome!

Could you please tell us which Norton product (Norton 360, Norton AntiVirus, Norton Internet Security) and version you are using?  The version number can be checked from from the main product interface Support > About.

From the main 360 interface, please Run LiveUpdate a few times, restart the computer and let us know how you do.

if that fails you have to reinstall product

download Removal tool

download your 360 version

http://www.norton.com/n360s_5 (standard)
http://www.norton.com/n360p_5 (premier)


http://www.norton.com/n360sne_5 (standard - netbook edition)

http://www.norton.com/n360pne_5 (premier - netbook edition)

disconnect from internet Uninstall via control panel Add/remove 

run removal tool Install   N360

run live update till no more updates are available
