Ghost 10 Compatibility with Windows 7

I used Ghost 10 on my old Windows XP computer for backups. I know have a a new computer with Windows 7. If I install Ghost 15 on my new computer will I be able to retore my last backup created with Ghost 10 onto my new machine?

Yes, just the data partition. The old pc back-up data is sitting on an external drive that I have now connected to the new PC.

If you don't have Ghost installed you can use this.

It's a standalone image explorer, I keep it on my external drive in case I ever need to open an image on a system that doesn't use Ghost.

Yes. I assume you mean a data partition and do not mean the partition with the operating system, right? Of course if you just want to retrieve files and folders, you can use Recovery Point Browser.

If you do restore the old image of your C: drive to your new Windows 7 computer, you will be in a world of hurt.
