Everytime I run the Norton backup, I get the error message 8702.32. I can't find anything on how to correct this error. Help! Thanks!!

Open Norton manage backup set
Click on summary create new backup set
Select preferences in What where and when
now select summary select the old backup set and remove the old backup set
now run backup to new backup set.
