Can you check if you have any other antivirus products like Microsoft Security Essentials , Mcafee or Zone alarm installed in the computer ?

If yes , please remove the same and check.

Hi,

At first remove the installed Norton program. Download and run the Norton Removal Tool from www.symantec.com/nrt

Then create a new User account with Administrator privilages and install Norton 360 program.

Let me know the result.

Please check in the Internet Explorer for add-ons, and make sure that you have all the Norton/Symantec add-ons enabled. Kindly disable the other add-ons for time being, and also make sure that IE is set as default browser. Run LiveUpdate from Norton 360, and check if the problem persists.

Since you have said in your other post that you got Error 8504, 104, I hope the steps given in the support doc should help.

HarryP I D.lL. that SymNRA program and it would not send so i have the zip and log text files from it. I tried to upload them in this post but it never loaded, so if you or any Staff Mngt. want to look at this MSG. me.... I need to get this fixed and I have no clue on what could be causing this errors.

Check If there is Norton Online Family Installed If Yes Please Remove That And Try
