Sometimes I get a notification from chrome that Norton confidential has crashed. This is annoying, anyone know how to fix it?

I am facing the same issue tht my crome starts giving me the message at every tab opened any suggestion how to fix it
It's still going on, and it is followed by--
"The following plug-in is unresponsive: Unknown
Would you like to stop it?"
How about putting a button on the forum for "I've got the problem too," a convenient feature on some of the Microsoft forums so we could get updates more easily?

We logged the issue with Chrome in August, unfortunately no resolution yet.
