One of my installs is on an old computer which has been scrapped. I now need to use the install on another computer. How do I deactivate the product on the computer I no longer have access to?

Please contact Customer Support via Live Chat here and explain to them your situation. They will be able to free up your installations for you. Please let us know how you get on.
Did as you suggested with the live chat and Norton sorted it out for me by amending the details of the product which allowed me to download the product onto the other computer.
