Removing 'Backup' icons on all files.

I did a Backup Files on 360 yesterday (for the first time) and noticed (as usual) Norton had to leave its mark by pissing all over my files by first leaving a blue squared icon with 2 arrows on it on every file! I then selected which files NOT to backup and it then left a grey box with a hash mark on it icon on those files I de-selected.

Everybody always says Norton leaves too big of a footprint on your system...and they're RIGHT!

I would like to remove ALL icons left by this 'backup' process without harming my files.

So, what's the solution?

Thanks Yank, that did the trick.

See if this helps:

Settings >Uncheck Backup Settings Overlays (on right hand side undr Quick Controls) - reboot.
