Norton 360 backup failure
I currently have Norton 360 v220.127.116.11. I am having trouble completing a backup. I keep getting an error message that my "disk has failed". This happens regardless of type of disk. In the past, I have been able to backup files to a CD or DVD. How do I fix this. I desperately need to back up my files/pictures. Thanks!
