product key renewal

hi

i had 15 days of subscription remaining. so i pressed the renewal button and enetered my product key etc.

BUT i still had 15 days of subscription remaining?!?!

wat is going on?

Hi chimp,

If you have lost subscription days since you renewed NIS,  please contact Customer Support.  They will add your lost days back in no time.  Live Chat is usually the quickest way.  http://www.norton.com/chat.  Please let us know how you get on.

What product key did you enter? Had you bought a new copy of Norton and used its key? Or did you use the original key?

Just pressing Renew is not enough! You have to pay Norton for the addtional subscription.

What Norton product are you using and trying to renew?
