What Norton product and version are you using on your computer?
Do a Full System Scan with the latest updates from Liveupdate, and see if norton finds anything.
You can also try Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, it plays nice with norton products.
Here are the link.
Before you start the scan, download the latest definitions.
what are trojans? After the scan thats what i saw and how do you get rid of it?
After the scan there it said trojan. what is that and how do you remove them?
Malwarebytes won't touch this and is not meant to detect this.
so what should i do?
can you help me remove this trojan off my computer?
ANY other user other than the thread starter is not to use any instructions, scripts or proceedures, The work though in cleaning a system is individual and only for that system due to a number of factors.
Unfortunately, with the amount of threads means the waiting time is longer, Norton continually Blocking files won't hurt your system but is is just annoying, Please wait and be patient. I am trying to keep up, spending hours here to script and clean machines on a first come/first served basis. If you or someone adds to your thread It will be pushed back in line due to the new update. I use the boards in reverse to what is seen
Please do not run any tools unless instructed to do so.

Heres the log and thanks
You don't have Norton / Symantec installed, this is a forum for those products
You have McAfee and MSE installed (MSE is in a loop) so you have their forums to choose from. You also have Malwarebytes in realtime and a startup .tmp file.
You may also have a TDLFS filesystem as well as zeroaccess.
can you help me find forum that gets rid of this trojan please and thank u
Just look up their forums.
if i had norton would you help me
No as you would really struggle getting it in on top of all that, and as a trail if it was at all able to get installed.
You have other forums to go to. You don't have Symantec Products so I am finished with this thread.
We have implemented a new login process tied to your Norton Account. Please see this forum thread for information on logging into your existing account.
