Norton SafeConnect Advanced Web Content Filtering not working?

I've been using this free service for personal use, protecting computers at home successfully from visiting specific websites. However, all of the sudden, the blocking functionality is no longer working. Note that I am referring to the functionality located under the "Advanced Settings"tab, where you can set up to 100 specific websites to be blocked or explicitly allowed. Has this service being stopped? I've changed nothing at my end, i.e. all devices in my home network make use of the DNS client, which is still blocking websites set by Norton, depending on the policy/DNS servers used. However, the manual website blocking feature doesn't seem to work for me any longer. Anyone else experiencing this issue?
