NIS Upgrade, now Identify Safe won't accept my Norton account credential
I see that this happened to others and appeared to be resolved with a LiveUpdate and reboot. That hasn't fixed it for me.
I upgraded NIS to 22.214.171.124. Now, I click on the "vault closed" icon on the Norton IE toolbar in the hope of opening it to make my online vault accessible, it invites me to logon to my Norton account, and promptly rejects me with "Failed to log in to your Norton Account. Please check the supplied credentials."
I've had the password reset - no difference.
If I go to my Norton account via the NIS panel launched from the systray icon, I can log in just fine. And here's an irony - once I've logged in there, I can open the identities vault (and everything is in there, properly) - but the toolbar continues to show as "Vault closed"!!
This is happening under Windows 7, IE9. Don't have any different PC environments to try it with, but I've tested the online vault with my iPad app and it's working fine from there.
