Can you provide a few more details? Operating system? Version of your Norton product and which product you are running? What happened to generate the question? And, what have you already done to try to recover it?

If you are using a Windows operating system computer.
Check the Addons of your browser the see if the Norton Toolbar is turned on.
If turned on.
Try to run the Live Update of your Norton product, if it downloads an update then restart the computer. Continue this process until the Liveupdate does not download anything anymore.
