Ads by Browse to Save

I have this incredibly resilient and scary malware on my computer called Ads by Browse to Save.  It populates links on facebook every few seconds, hyperlinks random words on web pages to ad pages, and is not detected by Norton 360, Malwarebytes, or any other program I've tried to run.  I have run every scan I can think of, cleared all my cookies, checked every security setting and addon on my browsers, and even run a search on my C: drive but cannot find it.

If anyone can help me with this, I would be extremely grateful.  Suggesting general PC cleaning tips will not be sufficient I fear, I am looking for someone with experience with this specific program.

Thank you,

-Frustrated PC user
