I am getting a message that auto protect and several other features are turned off. I turn them and they turn right back off. How can I fix this?
Are you up to date with your updates, check your clock for year month day and time? If you have just loaded Norton then it might have loaded incorrectly. Do you have or did you have any other security software loaded?
Please run LiveUpdate and check if the issue persists.
