My computer occasionally encounters Error: 3048,3. I have been using Norton 360 Premier Edition. Can any one solve my problem?

May I also suggest you verify your system date, time and timezone the next time it happens in case your clock is losing time occassionaly?
This error means that the product cannot find the latest threat protection definitions. This can be caused if the definitions are damaged.
