Norton 360 Won't Start After Windows Update
On two separate occasions, after allowing Windows updates to be installed on my computer during the shut down process, Norton 360 would not start up the next time I started my computer. I have the desktop N360 icon but could not manually start N360 from the icon or from the program listings. I'm running Windows XP Home Edition and I have SuperAntiSpyware free edition installed. After one of these episodes I've found that I must uninstall SuperAntiSpyware and N360, install N360 and finally install SuperAntiSpyware for N360 to start up upon computer start up as it should. Should I do anything with N360 before I allow Windows updates to prevent whatever problem that N360 is having? Thanks for the help.
