Norton Bootable Recovery Tool for Windows 8?

Subject says it all:  The system requirements for the Norton Bootable Recovery Tool say "Microsoft Windows XP with Service Pack 2 or 3, Windows Vista, or Windows 7." When will the NBRT be available for Windows 8?

So what you're saying is that this link

https://security.symantec.com/nbrt/nbrt.aspx?

is merely out-of-date and someone should tell Symantec to update it?

No, I'm not saying that. I'm saying that it appears you can download the NBRT and burn it to disk, so it can be used in a recovery situation, and that it also works in Windows 8. No doubt, someone will correct me if I'm wrong.....

That statement would be correct. When new OSs get released, there must be hundreds of documents that need to be updated. It is easy to miss a few.

Now that you highlighted this, Norton employees should see this and get things updated.
