I'm using Norton 360 version 184.108.40.206, Windows 7 and IE 10. Everything is updated to current. When I try to download IE 11, it fails. Microsoft offers some suggested fixes, none of which seem to work. Any ideas? Thanks!
I just downloaded it yesterday on to my W7 machines.
Where are you downloading it from? I got mine from http://windows.microsoft.com/en-gb/internet-explorer/download-ie

Have you tried to Save instead of Run? Then right click > Run As Administrator?
