Searching for TBUpdater seems to indicate it is a browser hijacker that you should have removed by someone who knows what they are doing.
I would suggest you sign up at one of the free Malware Removal sites below. Do not try to do anything on your own as it could make things harder for the Malware Removal expert at that site to help you. Choose one and stay there until your system is clean.
Welcome to the Norton forum:
A post here in the Surf Canyon forum suggests that the tbupdater.dll error could be associated with a PUP (potentially unwanted program) called Certified Toolbar. If you can find Certified Toolbar in your list of installed programs (Start | Control Panel | Programs and Features or Add / Remove Programs) then more information on this browser toolbar can be found here.
If you need help removing this PUP I would advise that you register with one of the reputable malware removal sites recommended by peterweb in message # 3 and avoid using the T-R Toolbar Remover utility mentioned at the bottom of the Certified Toolbar web page.

If it was easy....Malware writers do not usually use conventional install methods so you cannot remove them easily.
That is why I suggested you contact the malware removal experts at one of the sites I listed.
I chose the last one on the list and now I am waiting to hear back.
Just remember to be a little patient. The people working those sites are all volunteers, but you will get the result you want.
I am just now being able to send the attach files that What the Tech needed, so I don't have an anwser yet to my problem
