Hi,  I have Norton 360 3.5.2.11.  In Windows Explorer Norton Back Up Drive seems to have taken control over everything!  I have a flash drive on the computer, but can't get to the files on it.  It only seems to want to be used for backups?  I need to get to the files on the flash, could you tell me how to do this, or point me in the direction of the answer please?  Thank you:smileysad:

Turn Off (disable) the Backup feature in N360 and reboot your system.  Check to see if you can get to the files on the flash drive then. 

Remember to re-enable the Backup function later on.

Thank you for the help.  I tried this several times, along with other suggestions received from other sources.  I have given up with Norton and removed it from my system - I now have my flash drives back.  Thanks anyway.
