I am sure there has been a similar question submitted previously, however a search did not identify it. I intend to reformat my HDD, reinstall XP SP3 - are there any issues I need to be aware of other than reinstalling Norton from the cd? Will the Product Key identify me as a prior user and install without problems?

Hi BigPete56, You can download and save the latest version of Norton 360 (version 3.5) to your computer from one of the appropriate links below: Norton 360 Standard Edition http://www.norton.com/n360s_3 Norton 360 Premier Edition http://www.norton.com/n360p_3 Please keep your Norton 360 product key handy so that you can activate your newly installed Norton 360. You can fetch your product key from your Norton account: http://www.mynortonaccount.com/ You should have no problems with activation; however, should you run into difficulties during activation, please contact Symantec Customer Support, and they'll be able to sort it out for you: http://www.symantec.com/norton/support/contact/contact.jsp?pvid=cs Please tell us how it goes - thanks :-D Message Edited by Yaso_Kuuhl on 11-10-2009 11:28 AM
