Hi Could the difference in shades of color for the same rank is because I see that Brian is a Guru also? I'm not familiar with all these different ranks and colors and stuff to really know. Maybe the actual rankings and colors should be listed in a different thread I know they are somewhere in this huge thread.

Perhaps the lighter color is because Brian is an expert in Norton Ghost. He may not be fully visible to us mortals.

Thanks Yaso, it just happened all of a sudden!  I had several outstanding possible solutions (just waiting for user to log back on and mark it) and as luck would have it two users accepted solutions pretty close together!
