Welcome to the Norton Community
Thank you for contacting us regarding the issue you are having with your Norton Product. Hi dnust1 You should try changing your screen resolution to the next highest so that you see the complete page you are trying to capture and print. If you are on 800 x 600 then change to 1024 x 768.

Thanks, I am using this to diagnose issues with a Lucent 5ESS telephone switch and unfortunately, the print out is multiple pages. I tried the scroll buffer to file option, thinking I could cut and paste the buffer contents to a word document but the same thing happens. I only get the last page of the diagnostic. Someone suggested that I change the scroll lines to 999; this also did not work.

Hi dnust1, I don't use Procomm Plus so I'm taking a shot in the dark here. I use a screen capture utility that is able to capture pages that have scrolled on screen. The thing is, in order for it to capture the entire page, it's necessary to first scroll to the top, then invoke screen capture. If you haven't already done this, give it a shot.
