cannot find where to enter new post after signing on

Just to add to what Mike says and shows -- you only see New Message when you are on the message listing, not when you are in a thread like this one. Then you see Reply in the same location. When you log in you probably end up here: http://community.norton.com/norton/ in the root of the Norton Community so in that case you would have to select a Forum like this Forum Feedback and then you see New Message as Mike shows. But since you managed to post here perhaps you do mean when you are in a thread and want to start a new Topic?

Where you perhaps trying to reply to one of your previous threads? You had a number of posts, so I took a look to see where they were located. I notice that all your prior posts are now in threads that have been locked due to inactivity. In this case the "reply" buttons will not be showing. You can find a longer post that discusses this here.
