I too think the online backup is a scam!. Everyone, BEWARE! Do NOT rely on this for backing up your files. My account shows the files are purging for almost 2 months now and I'm not able to retrieve last backup which was performed just prior to the beginning of the file purge. I contacted support only to be told my case was being escalated to their "development team." The only response I get is that I should receive a call back within 48 hours. Then I receive that call via voicemail in a foriegn language....I guess it is some sort of English! It boils down to: no backup files and they have the money I paid for this service. My next stop is the Better Business Bureau so that others will not be scammed into thinking their files are safe.

BEWARE! See my posting in "Online Backup seems to be a scam." Purging files has my account locked and I'm unable to retrieve my files.

Not sure who you are, but it seems you are wrong. Your response seems to be one the common ways to deflect criticism of the NOBU not working.
