Hello Bill

That's a Windows error that means there is not enough memory for a backup to properly run. That's not a common message we've seen. It'd indicate you either have a lot of memory intensive applications running which are consuming your resources or the computer you're using might be just meeting the system requirements. I'd suspect it is likely system resources. Before your next backup go ahead and ensure to perform a full system restart and then either let it run at its scheduled time or you can start one manually. Check out the below links for specifics:

In NOBU, what is the (W8) error (incremental backup failed) and how, if I am on a weekly incremental backup schedule, can I get the incremental to execute before next week? Thanks, Bill

Dell 1720, Win7-32 Ultimate

Many thanks for the explanation. The incremental backup automatically executed the next day. I'd say that was pretty good error recovery for the product. By the way, the problem probably arose from having too many Chrome tabs open - -

That's great news to hear. I'd have to agree with you on the tabs if you had several open for a period of time. I've had the same thing happen with FireFox a couple of times.

Please mark this thread as solved if all matters are now complete.
