Purging old backups

I am trying to purge some of my online backup files. Every time I try to purge I get the following error message. Click here to go back to the beginning. Something went wrong. Nobu is sorry something went wrong and will look at it right away. I've tried this several times over the last few months to no avail. I'm running Norton Internet Security (Mac Version) and OS Lion, Use both Safari and Firefox ver 7. Anyone have problems trying to purge old back up files.

Hello marduino

I'll send a private message to you containing steps you need to take in order for us to help you manually purge the content. Once its gone and a new backup set is run we can then see if the issue persists beyond that.

Hi Herve

The one thing we want to make sure is if we're requesting a manual purge from engineering that there is a technical reason why you couldn't self serve via the product. Is it showing extra space or another issue surface?

Per our private message exchange the space issue has been resolved. You should be back to normal.
