topic Subscription Status in Norton 360

I started up my computer today to find that Norton is showing me at risk because my trial period is up. Only thing is that I just bought Norton 360 a week ago and installed it on 2 laptops. Only one is giving me this issue. It tells me to hit the activate key which I do. Its says it is gathering info and then goes back to home screen??? Any idease? Is this going to be a reinstall....hope not.

Please confirm which version of Norton 360 it is -- Help & Support / About and then the N360 TAB (I'm in NIS at the moemnt so can't check).

Did you buy a specific 3 User copy or a single user copy? Did you download it from the Norton site or buy retail package?

You did get asked to enter the KEY when you installed and did so on both computers?

When you first installed did you set up a Norton Account which records the details including the KEY for both computers?

If so what happens when you just Open your Norton Account -- what does it say?

Lots of questions -- answers come later <s>
