Norton 360 sonar deletes old msworks.exe file

having just upgraded to version 5 I am no longer able to run Msworks for wondows95. While I realise this is an old program with less that 7 users in the norton community I need it. I tried to system restore to the old version 3 but oh no cannot be done. I even tried to isloate the msworks.exe file from future scans but it seems to ignore this as well. Any suggestions?

Hello bluecatsz,

How are you "isolating the msworks.exe file from future scans"? The settings for SONAR scan exclusions can be found at: Settings-> Antivirus -> Scans and Risks (tab) -> Under "Exclusions / Low Risks" you should see "Items to exclude from Auto-Protect and SONAR Detection". Press "Configure[+]" and add the file there.

If you need help restoring the file from quarentine let us know.
