Hi rada, Welcome to Norton Community.

If you log into your Norton Account from your new laptop, you will see any available installations. Right next to that there is a download button. Being a new laptop it may have came pre-installed with some security software. Unless this is Norton 360, it will have to be removed before installing Norton. I hope this helps. Let us know how you get on.

Cheers, Dave.

PS. Here is the link. http://www.mynortonaccount.com/

I purchased Norton 360 2.0 a couple of years ago with my laptop which came with 3 licences. I now have purchased another laptop and wish to install Norton 360, however it doesn't have a CD drive.

Can I install this somehow, even though I don't have a CD drive?

rada,

If you are still using Norton 360 V2 then you are seriously out of date since you are entitled to free upgrades as long as your subscription is in force and we are now on V5 with V6 coming out in the next few months most likely.

So please let us know what it is your are using at present as well as the version of Windows on your new PC -- probably Windows 7 ?

It is essential that you uninstall and clean up any trial installation of security software that may come on your new laptop (a netbook or ultlralight?) since it needs more than just uninstalling unless it is the same as what you plan to install and not many computers come with Norton 360 .... There are special tools to do this that can be downloaded and we can point you to the one to use if you give us the details.

Let us know if you have any questions.
