    <description>&lt;p&gt;If this is one of the &amp;quot;extortionware&amp;quot; programs, the best way to be rid of it is to use Ultimate Process Killer while in safe mode. The extortion programs almost always put a strangely named 3 letter (ahY.exe, tLk.exe, Hmo.exe, I always saw them with 3 letters only) auto run executable in the root of C:\Users\User Name\AppData\Roaming.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
