    <description>&lt;p&gt;- Online help won't work if one is knocked offline and trying to figure out why/cleanup&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;- Online help requires a browser, which may also not be working properly during a crisis&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;- Online help is slow&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;- Online help has no index/contents to navigate&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;- Online help has &amp;quot;Search Support&amp;quot; rather than just searching help&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;An abbreviated tooltip when hovering over the square &amp;quot;?&amp;quot; would be nice but needs a &amp;quot;Click the {? icon} for more information...&amp;quot; included, lest anyone think the tooltip was the only help available.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Hi DarkSta:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Kudos for posting this suggestion.  One of the reasons I'm hesitating to upgrade to NIS 2012 is the lack of offline help.  I have a slow metered Internet connection and don't want to be connecting to the web every time I need to read a help file.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I suspect part of the reason that there's so much confusion about some of the new features in NIS 2012 in the forum is that people no longer have access to offline help.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;-----------&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font color="#993300" size="1"&gt;Windows Vista Home Premium 32-bit SP2 * NIS 2011 v. 18.6.0.29 * IE 9.0 * Firefox 6.0.0&lt;/font&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;font color="#993300" size="1"&gt;HP Pavilion dv6835ca, Intel Core2Duo CPU T5550 @ 1.83 GHz, 3.0 GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce 8400 GS﻿&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;The new online help system is far to slow. Simply return to the 2011 offline help system is all that is required. That worked really well so why change it.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;The 'new' in-program help (Support &amp;gt; Help) is nothing more than a link to the online bot (&amp;quot;Nathan&amp;quot;). Users deserve &lt;em&gt;real&lt;/em&gt; in-program help, as in v2011, v2010....v19xx...&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The in-program help file in NIS and NAV 2011 was informative and helpful. Please bring it back in 2012.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;font color="#FF0000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;I EMPHATICALLY SUPPORT THIS REQUEST&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/font&gt;.  To only be able to find help while connected to the internet is highly inconvenient and just plain crazy.  Lots of viruses and other problems PREVENT internet access. &lt;u&gt;&lt;strong&gt; Besides, every little funky program and its brother have onboard help, the idea that Norton 2012 lacks it is mind-boggling.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/u&gt;  I bought it for my nephew who needs a set &amp;amp; forget, but the program has a zillion settings/options/things to understand for the more advanced user, and I'll be darned if I'll put it on any of MY computers if I have to RTFM or access/search the web every time I have a question.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
