      <description>&lt;p&gt;Is anyone else having difficulty logging into their Identify Safe using Firefox?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;When I try to login, I get an error message, &amp;quot;A Network error is preventing access...&amp;quot;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Yet, I am able to access the Internet just fine. I can access my account through Norton 360 to view my subscriptions.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I have tried IE as well, and it too is a no-go.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Can you please try to login now and check. It seems like it happened intermittently. I checked a while back and got the same message, now no errors.&lt;/p&gt;
