Unable to verify my website

Hi,

I have tried downloading the norton authentication and uploading it to my root file but this did not work - got a failed message when I tried to verify it. I also trying copying and pasting the code into the code for my website. Here is where I placed it:

<title>BabyOnTheGo | Kids Car Seats | Baby Safety Products and Equipment</title>

Is there something I am missing that is causing norton to not be able to verify my site? Does anybody have any ideas of anything else I can try?

Is there a way I can change the website location? I use an American shopping cart for my website, but we are located in the UK. Is there a way I can have this show UK?

That is an interesting question.

After using a few Whois lookup tools, I see that the domain name is registered to a UK address, but the site appears to be hosted in the US.

I will have to defer to Safe Web to check into this further.

Hello kbullock88,

I have been advised that requests to change a website country location are not currently available.

In the interest of accuracy, Safe Web is reporting the location of the site where it is hosted. In the case of your website, http://www.babyonthego.co.uk/ , querying the location for the resolved IP address indicates that it is hosted in the USA.

An option might be to investigate if your site can be hosted on servers located in the UK.
