They should be able to get you up and running quickly.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;There is no transition from NIS to 360. The process is to use the Norton Removal Tool and remove the trial version. Reboot and install 360. You should then be able to activate and register it using your existing key.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Hope this helps. Let us know, we'll leave a light on&lt;/p&gt;</description>
