    <description>&lt;p&gt;I've got quite a mess on my hands. I have upgraded my Norton Internet Security to Norton 360 on July 14, 2011. I just recently was charged 59.99 by Norton on 10/18/11. I'm not sure what the charge was for, but am sure it was from an older subscription that should not have been renewed. I have cleaned up my subscriptions, but still need to be refunded for the latest charge.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
