( mentioned problem ,&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Subscription Status, &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Now I use &lt;strong&gt;WhoCrashed &lt;/strong&gt;app and it say :&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="2"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;font color="#000000" face="Segoe UI,  Arial"&gt;2 crash dumps have been found and analyzed. A third party driver has been identified to be causing system crashes on your computer. It is strongly suggested that you check for updates for these drivers on their company websites.       <description>&lt;p&gt;In the 1st problem you posted in the forum you never said how chat resolved your problem. That might be useful&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Others have reported this issue a while ago. The advice then as now, should first be to uninstall all norton products having made backups of your Identity safe etc. Then use Norton removal Tool, reboot, run Norton Removal Tool again, reboot. Reinstall and update. Then report if problem continues and then report version number. If you can get windows dump this could be useful.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Thanks to &lt;span class="login-bold"&gt;&lt;a target="_self" href="http://community.norton.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2283"&gt;cgoldman&lt;/a&gt;, problem solved.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span class="login-bold"&gt;Two times running &lt;span&gt;Norton Removal Tool and restarting was solution.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span class="login-bold"&gt;&lt;span&gt;Thnx&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</description>
