I'm not sure this problem or not My NAV 2009 Process in TaskManager Won't Show my Username Here pic

is this a problem ?

by the way i got anorther problem but I'm not sure this problem was cause by NAV 2009 or not the problem is sometime(not much often) mycomputer can't shutdown it was on screen Shutting down and won't turn off so i have to push power button to turn off my computer this problem start after install NAV 2009 but I'm not sure it was cause by NAV 2009 or not

PS. I'm using Vista ultimate 32 bit + SP1

Mb>>ECS 790G VGA>>AsusHD 4670 CPU >>>AMD X38450

Ps2.i already try auto fix it report everything workfine

Do you feel anything strange when you are working on your machine?

What firewall are you using?

No Everything work fine the only problem i got was Shutting down problem but i don't have proof it was cause by NAV 2009 (but this problem start after install NAV 2009)

for Firewall i'm useing window firewall

Strange isn't it ? that why im asking this problem or not >< on my other computer with vista Biz & Xp it showing username

You might want to test it. try disabling protection or even uninstalling NAV and see what happens

ok i Try reinstall NAV and my username has show up But....... after press run live update it gone again -...-

its nothing, coz i m using vista and i also don't have any username -- coz vista don't give full admin rights to anybdy.

Your username shouldn't show up in Task Manager if you have Norton Product Tamper Protection set to on .
