      <description>&lt;p&gt;When this happens after a LiveUpdate, have you tried rebooting the computer?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;It takes time for images to work through moderations so hang on for that.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Meanwhile it will probably help others to help you if you provide some more basic information:-&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;What &lt;strong&gt;version of Windows&lt;/strong&gt; are you using including &lt;strong&gt;Service Packs&lt;/strong&gt; and whether &lt;strong&gt;32 bit or 64 bit&lt;/strong&gt; as well as the Name and &lt;strong&gt;Version ID&lt;/strong&gt; of the Norton product that you are using -- &lt;strong&gt;Help &lt;/strong&gt;or &lt;strong&gt;Support / About&lt;/strong&gt; is where that is, in the format of &lt;strong&gt;nn.nn.nn.nnn &lt;/strong&gt;where&lt;strong&gt; n &lt;/strong&gt;is a number.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;If you get any error messages please give the &lt;strong&gt;exact wording&lt;/strong&gt; of them as well as any other background that could be helpful. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt;Please also say what &lt;strong&gt;internet browser&lt;/strong&gt; you are using -- name and version number ...&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;I am using Windows 7 SP1, 64 bit.  My browser is FireFox 10.0.2 although I plan to upgrade to v12.0.  As I mentioned, the only way to fix the problem is to reboot which can be inconvenient.  I am using NIS 2012 19.7.0.9.  I want to add, I have never had any problems with NIS 2011.  I do not get any error messages other than the Windows Local Area Connection Status and Windows Taskbar icon shows I have no connection.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;</description>
