I've tried using the ccode from my account twice and I keep getting the message that I'm protected. I'll try the live chat and see if that works. It's just frustrating that I can't update my Internet Security like I need to.

Hi all,

I need some help. I have NIS 2012, and my supscription has expired. I'm signed up for the automatic renewal, but I haven't gotten an email saying that I need to renew. I have tried renewing the product three times, and I keep getting a message saying I'm covered. Included is a capture of the message I keep getting. Any help is appreciated.

Hello BondFan and welcome!

I would first suggest that you check your Norton Account online as the renewal code or other information may be there.

If you do not have any success with that, contact Customer Support via Live Chat at this link.

They are very good at dealing with account, subscription and activation issues.

You might also try clicking on Support - Subscription Status. This connects to the subscription servers, and might update your program.
