Are you by chance talking about Norton Security Suite provided by Comcast?

Norton Security Suite will be upgraded to version 6 at some point in the future. In the past couple of upgrades it has been 4 to 6 weeks behind the release of the commercial upgrade - which was about a week or so ago. I am also waiting on the version upgrade to NSS. I found the best course of action is to be patient - it will come.

That said, on the bright side, if there are any glitches in the commercial release of Version 6, they are usualy worked out before NSS is upgraded.
