Premium Text Scams Spark Mobile Carrier Lawsuit

It’s happened to one of our family phones; apparently it’s happened to CNET reporter Elinor Mills. Be sure you regularly check your family’s mobile phones for any unexpected premium text services. If you get an SMS message about a new premium service, be sure to respond with “STOP” to avoid additional charges. Make sure your kids know how to do this, too. Read more here.

Anytime I try to open anything I get a popup asking me what program I want to use to open it.  How do I get it back to just opening things without uninstalling Norton 360?
