When I joined this forum I once showed up as a member. Now I show up as a regular visitor when I am online. How can I become a member again?

Your referring to your forum rank, and we don't have a rank, named 'Member'. The first 3 ranks (in order that you receive them) are Newbie, Visitor, Regular Visitor. Next up for you would be Contributor.
Great question, thanks!!!... the information may help someone else as well.

Allen ,
How can a forum rank change from one to another ? based on total logins, total minutes online , total posts, total messages read or others ? I was curious about this. :-)

Hello znmng,
The answer to your question is "yes". All of those things are part of the ranking forumla. So is getting Kudos, giving kudos and have solutions marked as accepted. Also the process is automatic, not manual, and the actual formula is secret and highly classfied. You have a better chance of finding out the 11 herbs and spices in the colonel's chicken....

I saw by mijcar the rank Super Contributor... I think this could be the highest, but not sure, maybe it's a special, not automatic rank, like Guru.

Just do a lot of contributions and you will see ;)
Well, as you can see, I have 1,400-odd Posts and still a Regular Contributor. :(
I was a Super Contributor for about 12hours, and then got put back down to Reg. Contributor.
