Did we always get that popup about only showing secure content with buttons that IE puts up?
I do not get it from the Chat link in IE 9 (with or without Compatability Mode)

As some of you have confirmed, this issue should be fixed. If http://www.norton.com/chat page still doesn't come up, please let me know. Thanks.

Hi booksbenji,
I've tried to reproduce the issue, but I'm not seeing it with Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Chrome. Just to clarify, when you visit http://www.norton.com/chat, you don't see the screenshot below, correct? What do you see? Also, which browser are you running (Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome)? Is anyone else seeing this problem? Thanks.

Hi Tony,
I went thru the Live Chat procedure yesterday in another thread (which you maybe interested in with regards to helping folks in Malyasia) - anyway, you can go to the following link and see what I was seeing from Chat:

Hi Tony,
Because there is a comma (,) included at the end of your link, that is causing a Error: Page Not Found, to happen.
When using the link you provided in THIS POST, the correct chat page comes up. I don't know if that's where the member was having trouble or not.
Either way the page is no longer blank as it was.
Thanks,
Ed

Ahh, good catch. Thanks Ed.
I've made the correction -- booksbenji, can you try the link below?
Thanks.
